Performance/
SKILLS
*       2-5 years of hands-on experience in automation using QTP/BPT & Loadrunner, QC, etc
*       Should have exposure in automating applications built on technologies like Mainframe and SAP is highly preferred
*       Basic SQL knowledge is desirable. Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting is an added advantage
*       Keeps abreast with latest technologies being used in test automation to apply them on the job
*       Exposure to working on Agile model is highly preferred
