1. Automation Test Architect:
Exp : 8 – 12 yrs

Responsibilities:
· Responsible to design enterprise wide test automation frameworks
· Conduct technical feasibility studies using various test tools
· Ability to design custom test automation frameworks using commercial and Open source test tools
· Hands-on experience in writing complex test automation scripts using at least 2 open source & 2 commercial test tools
· Setting up and managing test environments in windows and Non-windows platforms
· Responsible to guide the organization in using latest test tools
· Ability to perform ROI analysis of test automation initiatives using scientific approaches
· Responsible to coach and mentor teams on test automation
· Consultancy to various test automation teams on a regular basis
2. Performance Test Architect:
Experience : 8 – 12 yrs
Location : Hyderabad
No. of Positions : 3
Tools: Load Runner and or Silk performer, Performance Center and Sitescope, wiley introscope
Technology:
· Strong performance testing background
· Strong in providing various approaches and solutions to the complex applications
· Very strong in project management, customer management and people management
· Very strong in tuning various web, app and DB servers.
· Minimum 5 to 7 years of performance testing and engineering experience
· Experience in capacity planning and performance monitoring, analysis, bottleneck identification
· Provide fixes to the identified bottlenecks.
· Should have managed minimum 2 enterprise large accounts successfully.
· Hands on with presales support and effort estimations
3. Project Leads – Capital Market
Experience : 7 – 9 yrs
Location : Hyderabad
No. of Positions : 5
· Good experience in Manual Testing
· Experience in Capital Market domain like Stock Market Trading, FIX Protocol, Investment Banking, Risk Management, Clearing and Settlement cycle, equity, derivatives etc
· Min 1 yrs experience in a lead role
· Good client facing and communication
4. Project Leads – Test Automation
Experience : 7 – 9 yrs
Location : Hyderabad
No. of Positions : 5
Skill Required:
· Experience in any automation tools like Silk, QTP, BPT, Load Runner
· Good Communication and client management skills
